I’ve been in your shoes, chasing a good night’s rest and wondering if I’m doing the right thing for my baby. It’s exhausting.
After my own experience as a new mum—wishing I could find clear, expert advice for my baby struggling to sleep—I knew I wanted to help other parents with this all-important area of life. I became a qualified baby sleep consultant. I’ve done all the research and reading into successful sleep habits, so you, a tired parent, don’t have to.

The term sleep training is often misunderstood, I prefer to call it sleep support. With gentle, effective methods and a clear plan, you’ll have the tools and confidence you need to foster great sleep habits.
Note: I do not believe in leaving a baby to cry it out. I will never ask you to do this. Instead, I teach you skills to support your baby in independent, peaceful rest.
